comprehensive nursing care to patients in the cardiac stepdown unit
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in
clinical status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop
and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and
treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital
protocols Educate patients and families on disease processes and
discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation
of patient care and progress Desired Experience: Current RN license
with experience in cardiac stepdown or telemetry nursing Strong
clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in managing
complex cardiac patients Ability to function effectively in a
dynamic, high-acuity setting Familiarity with electronic medical
record systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job
