Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine to join Hermitage
Community Medicine located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. When you

opportunity to earn additional incentives, including a
quality-based Value Incentive Plan, and an APP Utilization Plan. -

includes 36 hours of patient facing clinical time Monday through

administrative professionals responsible for practice operations.

in the UPMC Hermitage Outpatient Center in Hermitage, PA - Join two
additional physicians specializing in Family Medicine - Call
consists of a Family Medicine night and weekend call group, and day
coverage organized among the physician team. - The physician team
and three APPs provide full spectrum care to 15-18 patients each
day per provider. - Resources available onsite include cardiac echo
testing, x-ray, DRE camera, radiology, and Centers for Rehab
Services. Job Requirements: - Medical Degree (MD/DO) - Accredited
Family Medicine Residency Program completion - Board Certified in
Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates) -
Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License - DEA certification About
