Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Patient Ratios: 1:5, EMR: Epic, Available orientation dates are march 30 and April 17 Cleveland Clinic The main Campus - Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiac and medical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring. - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying arrhythmias and reporting significant changes promptly. - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols. - Monitor patient responses to treatments and document clinical findings accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). - Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions. - Collaborate with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
