Associate Dentist – Rocky River, OH Our busy and well-established private practice is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team 2 to 3 days per week, with potential to grow 2-5 days per week! We are a fee-for-service/PPO practice offering comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implants, endodontics, periodontics, and comfort sedation. Schedule Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Start at 2 days per week with potential to grow to 5 days per week Partnership opportunity available for the right provider Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general and specialty dental care Perform cosmetic, restorative, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures Utilize comfort sedation when appropriate Deliver superior patient care with professionalism and compassion Comply with all office, local, state, and ADA regulations and protocols Requirements DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school Active Ohio State Dental License Completion of an AGD Fellowship or GPR program required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for providing exceptional patient care Pay & Compensation $700–$900 daily, % of collections, or a combination PTO and bonus opportunities 401K plan, pension and profit sharing plan, cash balance plan Competitive package negotiable for the right provider Position is open for immediate hire.
