Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans Record patient medical histories and monitor vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care Adjust to varying patient needs and healthcare settings quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Ensure compliance with all nursing and facility policies and regulations Strong clinical skills in a wide range of nursing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Effective time management and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
