Job Description Job Description We are seeking a compassionate
and experienced RN to join our extraordinary care team. This
full-time position involves providing management and delivery of
patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas.
The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel
to patient locations. Schedule and Shift Details ? On-call Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm 8 units on Saturday 8
units on Sunday 40hrs/week Key Responsibilities ? Lead and
collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care
plans ? Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding
areas ? Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations ?
Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ? Self-manage
time and schedule Required: Valid Registered Nurse(RN) in the state
of Pennsylvania(PA) Associate Degree or higher with 1 years of
experience in ANY of the following: Clinical Documentation Clinical
Informatics Clinical Quality 1 years of experience in ANY of the
following: Electronic Media Record(EMR) Other EMR Practice Partner
EMR ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: American
Red Cross Advanced Life Support(ARC ALS) American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support(AHA ACLS)
