Mental Health and Recovery we have the opportunity to provide
integrated behavioral health care with cutting edge treatments and
interventions in a supportive environment. We are looking for
passionate, caring, and dedicated counselors and social workers to
provide office-based and telehealth services to our clients. The
Crisis Recovery Center will transform crisis care by providing 24/7
walk-in behavioral health services meant to immediately identify,
triage, address, stabilize and treat persons in mental health
crisis and assist those who have substance abuse withdrawal needs.
The 3.7 Withdrawal Management Clinician provides clinical oversight
and direct therapeutic services to individuals undergoing medically
monitored withdrawal management within a 3.7 level of care setting.
This clinician is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial
assessments, creating treatment plans, delivering brief
interventions, and coordinating transitions to ongoing care. The
role includes collaboration with medical staff, case managers, and
recovery support personnel to ensure safe, supportive
detoxification in a trauma-informed environment. ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS Complete biopsychosocial assessments within 24 hours of
client admission. Monitor mental status and assess for co-occurring
mental health conditions throughout the withdrawal process. Provide
clinical support including individual counseling, crisis
intervention, and motivational interviewing. Develop individualized
treatment plans and ensure alignment with ASAM criteria.
Collaborate with medical staff to monitor client progress and
adjust care planning as appropriate. Facilitate discharge planning
and care coordination to residential, outpatient, MAT, or other
appropriate services. Conduct family or support system engagement
when appropriate to enhance recovery outcomes. Maintain accurate
and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record
(EHR). Participate in daily team huddles and treatment planning
meetings. Support a trauma-informed, person-centered model of care
aligned with 3.7 withdrawal management standards. Educate clients
on the withdrawal process, medication protocols, and recovery
planning. Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Strong working knowledge of ASAM criteria, withdrawal management
protocols, and substance use disorders. Familiarity with symptoms
of intoxication and withdrawal from alcohol, opioids,
benzodiazepines, and other substances. Ability to work effectively
as part of a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity setting.
Clinical competence in brief interventions, assessment, and crisis
response. Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse
populations. Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and
harm reduction principles. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Licensed in
the State of Ohio as an LSW, LPC, or higher. Independent licensure
(LISW, LPCC) preferred. Two years’ experience working with
substance use disorders, preferably in detox or withdrawal
settings. Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Intervention
(or obtained within 90 days of hire). Proficiency with Electronic
Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office. Pay Range: $54,620.80 -
$66,582.45 annual salary Placement within the pay scale is
