Eligible | Paid Time Off The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker
(PRW) provides mobile, community-based psychiatric rehabilitation
services to adults with serious mental health conditions who are
high utilizers of inpatient psychiatric services. This role is
ideal for compassionate, mission-driven professionals who want to
make a meaningful impact by helping individuals build skills,
confidence, and independence to successfully live and thrive in the
community. RHD team members use strength-based and skills-based
approaches to support recovery, wellness, and community
integration. ???? Pay Rate: $18.45/hour for Bachelor’s-level
candidates Full-time, benefits-eligible position with paid time off
What You’ll DoRecovery & Skill-Building Promote principles of
recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation services Support
participants in developing and working toward individualized
recovery and wellness goals Provide skills training in daily
living, self-advocacy, symptom management, and community
integration Utilize motivational interviewing to identify
strengths, needs, goals, and barriers Community-Based Support
Assist participants in accessing and navigating mental health,
substance use, and social service systems Support connections to
natural supports , including peer recovery groups and community
resources Help schedule and attend appointments as needed Advocate
for participants’ medical, behavioral health, legal, and community
needs Bridge gaps between physical health care and behavioral
health treatment Coordination & Crisis Support Participate in
treatment team and aftercare meetings as requested Provide crisis
management support and recovery-focused interventions Demonstrate
flexibility in scheduling to meet participant needs Documentation &
Administrative Duties Document services and complete billing using
electronic health record systems Provide telephonic support to
participants and family members as appropriate Complete additional
duties as assigned by program leadership What We’re Looking
ForEducation & Experience Experience required varies by education
level: High School Diploma/GED: 3 years of mental health experience
required Associate’s Degree: 1 year of mental health experience
required Bachelor’s Degree: 1 year of mental health experience
preferred Additional Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
(required) Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) C.P.R.P.
certification preferred Valid driver’s license and access to a
reliable vehicle Ability to work independently in community-based
settings Clearances Required Act 33/34 Clearances FBI clearance (as
