Qualifications Required: MD/DO with valid licensure 8 years of medical practice experience Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills Preferred: Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration Key Responsibilities Align clinical teams through strategic communication and mentorship Lead the development of care protocols and quality standards Oversee compliance with FQHC regulations and federal/state mandates Identify growth opportunities and improve care delivery models Represent ELFHCC externally and foster community relationships Guide internal quality initiatives to boost patient outcomes Ensure seamless coordination across departments and teams Serve as a liaison between administration and clinical staff Skills & Traits Independent, self-motivated, and solution-focused mindset Capable of adapting expertise to varied and complex situations Skilled in collaborative leadership and interdepartmental partnerships Physical Requirements Fast-paced office and community-based settings Occasional local travel required Light lifting (5-10 lbs.) of PR/clinical materials
