LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Telemetry (PCU/Tele 1D - 6110) Facility: Excela Westmoreland Hospital Location: Greensburg, PA 15601 Start Date: 03/09/2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights – 4x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours Option: Open to 36 or 48 hours Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Holidays Float: Yes – within hospital as needed Patient Ratio: - Days: 1:6 - Nights: 1:6–7 Requirements - Experience: Minimum 2 years (1 year minimum per Tier3; unit requires 2 years) - License: Valid PA RN License or Compact License required at submission - Certifications Required: - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS - Travel Experience: Not required - Charting: No specific system required - COVID Vaccine Status: Required (Booster status required) - SSN & DOB: Required at submission - References: 2 Supervisor references preferred Clinical Experience Needed - MS/Telemetry (Cardiac Tele preferred) - Dysrhythmia interpretation - Vasoactive & cardiac drips (no titration) - Heparin protocols - IV starts & central/PICC line management - BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC - Post-MI, CHF, Afib, COPD, Pneumonia - Rapid Response/Code Team participation Unit Details - 32-bed unit - Adult & Geriatric population - Primarily medical PCU with some med/surg overflow - Strong interdisciplinary support (IV Team, RT, Pharmacy, Rapid Response, etc.) Additional Notes - No Radius Rule – locals accepted at travel rate - 7 days RTO auto-approved (outside holidays) - Permanent employees cannot return as travelers - Candidates will float within hospital About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
