We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This opportunity begins on Feb 23, 2026, with a full-time schedule featuring day shifts Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients of all ages and working collaboratively with a diverse care team. Job Details Location: Indiana Start Date: Feb 23, 2026 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Assistant Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday); 10am-7pm (Tuesday, Thursday) Responsibilities and Duties Provide general primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages Manage patient medications and ensure appropriate treatment plans Educate patients on home care and treatment options Refer patients to specialists as needed Ensure continuity of care between visits Document patient consultations and care in the EMR system Participate in peer reviews and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team Deliver care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population Additional Information Must hold an active Physician Assistant license in Indiana Required board certification in Family Medicine Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required Experience with EMR systems (other than Aspen) preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
