with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Bridgeport,
West Virginia, 26330! Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Willingness to float within the ER Description: The ER consists of
32 beds, including a separate Fast Track area. The unit follows a
staffing ratio of 1:4 in the Main ER and 1:5 in the lower acuity
area. Patients include those with chest pain, respiratory failure,
abdominal pain, and pediatric cases. The ER has an efficient
workflow, with an average patient stay of approximately 2 hours and
45 minutes. Staff members are accustomed to working with travelers
and maintain a welcoming environment. A charge nurse will oversee
the unit but will not have patient assignments. There are ER techs
available as support staff. Respiratory therapy is available
in-house 24/7. An IV team is also available until 10 PM on weekdays
and until 3:30 PM on weekends. Pharmacy services are available
24/7, but pharmacists do not operate in the ER. Staff members are
required to adhere to a holiday rotation schedule. No artificial
nails are allowed. The charting system used is EPIC. Travelers may
take TNCC at their own expense if space permits. Floating outside
of the ER is not required. Teamwork and efficiency are highly
