Key Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license with Operating Room (OR) experience. Proficiency in scrubbing for surgeries, particularly utilizing Da Vinci XI robotic surgical systems. Ability to perform both circulator and scrub roles. Experience with ophthalmic procedures, including posterior eye surgery and eye trauma management. Flexibility to float between operating rooms based on staffing needs and case flow. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in a 7-room inpatient/outpatient surgical unit, with the potential to assist in a larger, 26-room main OR that includes a Level One trauma center. Assist surgeons by preparing the sterile field and scrubbing into surgical procedures. Maintain adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth operation room workflow. Adapt to changing schedules and patient needs, supporting the team across different OR units when required.
