Travel Nursing Job Details - Location: Cleveland, Ohio (44195) – Explore downtown Cleveland, museums, restaurants, and Lake Erie while working in one of Ohio's leading healthcare facilities. - Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract - Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (G100) - Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/30/2026, End: 5/1/2026) - Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts per week (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; variable shifts to meet operational needs) - Hours per Week: 36 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (travel nursing experience accepted) - Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license - Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) - NIHSS certification required - Ability to work at least every other holiday Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities - Provide safe, effective nursing care to adult patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans - Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes - Participate in nursing orientation and ongoing competency assessments - Float to similar nursing units as needed to support hospital operations Discover Cleveland nursing jobs and join a supportive healthcare team dedicated to patient care excellence.
