A full-time Behavior Specialist role with BCBA certification is available for the current school year, serving K-12 students in a school setting located in Cleveland, TN. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, offering a structured and supportive environment focused on applying behavior analysis to support student success. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 10-12 students, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide supervision and guidance to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Attend and complete a district-sponsored 4-day TCIS Training, which is a mandatory requirement. Collaborate with educators and clinical teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Maintain compliance with all state and national BCBA standards and requirements. Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure and National Certification. Proven experience working as a Behavior Specialist within K-12 educational settings. Ability to supervise RBTs effectively. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices. Availability for full-time onsite work, with hours ranging from 7:15 AM 4:15 PM and potential for flexible scheduling.
