Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Akron, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,218 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Akron, Ohio, 44307! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required for submission. Description: This position requires a registered nurse to work night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts. The nurse will be part of a Med/Surg Telemetry team. Candidates must have active required certifications with no pending issues. Assessment testing may occur during orientation, and an acceptable score is required. Background checks will be reviewed by the facility, and candidates with any open cases will not be accepted. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. Candidates must pick up their badge and complete the onsite fingerprinting prior to the start date. Extensions may be available with the client for a period of 18 months, with a 6-month break afterwards. Modules are to be completed prior to the start and will vary by specialty.
