Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 9 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work on a 28-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in respiratory ailments and care • Care for a variety of patients including trach and chronic ventilator patients • Must be able to work every other weekend • Floating required throughout facility • Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:6 • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment • 2 years of recent medical/surgical or LTACH experience specializing in trach/chronic vent patients required • 2 years of recent blood draw experience required • Epic experience within the last 12 months required • BLS certification required • Must have accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE • Solid black scrubs required • Maximum 2 days of requested time off allowed • No block schedule requests accepted • Interview required Facility: This healthcare organization operates a specialized medical/surgical unit focused on respiratory care and complex patient needs.
