weeks (Start: 12/19/2025, End: 3/20/2026) Shift: Night shift,

Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent
Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Active Ohio RN license or Compact
State RN license (required for travel nursing jobs in Ohio) Current
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications One
supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director
in Med/Surg Telemetry COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required
(medical/religious exemptions considered) Successful completion of
ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during
orientation Background check and fingerprinting required prior to
start Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing
care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and
interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to patient condition
changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications,
treatments, and perform nursing procedures as ordered Accurately
document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment
plans, and post-discharge care Ensure compliance with hospital
