an experienced RN for a Pediatrics Home Health position requiring
an OH or compact RN license and experience with medically complex
pediatric patients. Responsibilities - Dedicated pediatric home
health position providing care in patients' homes - Majority of
patients require trach and ventilator support - RN responsible for
one home visit per shift, working with an onsite LPN for the
duration - Service area requires travel up to one hour from the
main facility - Day shifts, three days per week (Tuesday, Thursday,
and Friday) from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm - Position involves hands-on
pediatric home health care with a focus on patients with trachs and
ventilators - Candidate will work closely with an LPN present for
the full shift in the same home - Excellent opportunity to support
technology-dependent and medically complex children -
Documentation, communication, and organizational skills are
essential - Two professional references will be required for
consideration Requirements - Active OH or compact RN license
required - BSN degree required - Current BLS/CPR certification from
American Heart Association required - At least six months of
experience in home care, geriatrics, med/surg, CCU, pediatrics,
obstetrics, or DODD required - Experience in pediatrics or with
individuals with developmental delays preferred - Experience
managing technology-dependent or medically complex patients
preferred - Strong communication skills across all levels of the
organization required - Proficiency with MS Office or similar
