Schedule Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in PCU/Stepdown nursing, providing high-quality patient care during the night shift. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to PCU patients. Monitor and assess patients' health status and vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in PCU/Stepdown nursing. A valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required. Completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with acceptable scores required. Why ARMStaffing?
