Job Description:
This role involves providing outpatient behavioral health
services to first responders to reduce the impact of behavioral
health issues.
Locations: Tempe and West Phoenix, with caseload management and
onsite consultations.
Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning,
crisis interventions (CISM), referrals, and collaboration with
public safety teams.
Requires licensed professionals (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, Ph.D.,
Psy.D.), with 2+ years post-master--------s experience in
outpatient counseling.
Must maintain current licensure, liability insurance, CPR/First
Aid, and a Fingerprint Clearance Card; valid driver--------s
license required.
Skills include trauma-informed care, strong communication,
independent problem solving, and EMR proficiency.
Compliance with training, supervision, and documentation standards
essential.
