Certification Details
MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
- Job Details
- Minimum of 18 months PERM CSFA experience
- Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular neuro, robots
- On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0700
- Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6 week schedule
- Orientation hours - (32-40hrs.) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
  - Job Requirements
  - AHA BLS - current
  - MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
  - In addition to agency compliance, RNFA/CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work
    - Schedule Information
    - Shift Time: 8am-630p
