Job Summary:Receives, controls, and stores all items maintained in inventory. Delivery of items to user departments which may include but not limited to the handling of pharmaceutical drugs, medical equipment, med/surg. supplies, forms, and office supplies. Performs duties of Central Supply and Warehouse as needed. Job Duties: Receives supplies and equipment through physical verification and electronic transactions.Stocks inventory shelves making sure stock is correctly located, properly rotated, and forms appropriate personnel of changes/discrepancies in stock.Assists in unloading deliveries.Creates, fills, and delivers orders to nursing units from Central Supply and Warehouse locations. Accurately handles and files necessary paperwork.Accurately stocks Crash Carts and Intubation Boxes in Central Supply.Performs issue/receive functions in computer system.Performs other duties as assigned.
