to lead and grow our new opioid treatment program in Middletown,
Ohio. This is a contract Medical Director position estimated at 10

responsibilities:Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates
and directs the operation of all medical aspects of the opioid
treatment program.Oversees all medication treatment
decisions.Provides administration and supervision of all medical
services.Oversees medication storage and review of safe handling of
medications.Ensures the opioid treatment program is in compliance
with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and
regulations.Works with staff and patients in an ethical, culturally
sensitive and respectful manner.Qualifications:Required candidate
must be licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the state of
Ohio and will practice under a written plan to attain competence in
opioid treatment under the supervision of a physician certified in
addiction medicine.Preferred candidate is a physician licensed to
practice medicine or osteopathy in the state of Ohio and shall have
either: certification form the America Board of Addiction Medicine;
certification from a member board of medical subspecialties with an
addiction subspecialty; certification from the American Academy of
health care providers in the addictive disorders as a certified
addiction specialist; certification from the American Osteopathic
Academy with an addiction medicine subspecialty.Community Health
