Location: Hermitage

Job Description:

Roscoe Physiotherapy Co. (located in Hermitage, PA) is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us continue to grow and scale our private health care clinic.

Roscoe Physiotherapy Co. is a privately owned company that has been in operation for over four years. We currently have one location in Hermitage, PA with a current staff level of 8 and looking to increase to 11-12 in the next year. We are also looking to expand and grow to other locations within the next 2 - 3 years.

This growth will require someone with appropriate experience recruiting high quality team-members, holding people accountable to their outcomes, developing an outstanding service-based company culture, and the ability to take a system and make it more efficient and organized. We are specifically looking for an individual with experience in growing a service-based business to a yearly revenue of $2-3 million dollars.

Roscoe Physiotherapy is a locally owned clinic with an incredible reputation in the areas of both patient care and patient experience. The founder of the company is Dr. Anthony Roscoe, a regionally known and accomplished Physical Therapist with greater than 10 years experience in service to our community and the surrounding areas. His clinic is well-known for providing world class customer service and experience, as well as getting results for people where other treatments have failed. Over the years, Dr. Roscoe has created his own specific treatment methods in addressing the root cause of his patients' problems and providing long lasting results in opposition to a short lasting "quick fix". Along with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the PT profession, Dr. Roscoe also is extremely active in the business world where he collaborates with other top practice owners from across the country and world. Due to the rapid growth and success of our company, this position of Ops Manager is being created to help take our business to the next level, while freeing up our CEO to focus more specifically on business growth and development. Because of that, you will have full autonomy in the role and with that respect, we are looking for someone who does not like to be micromanaged. In this role you will be given full license to come up with your own strategies to implement in order to improve the day to day operations of the clinic you oversee as well as execute on the growth plan to make this position a success. If you love to learn about business-and you like the idea of being more autonomous in your role - this is the perfect position for you.

You DO NOT need experience in the healthcare field to apply - and nor is it preferable or an advantage in this process. We are looking for someone who has been part of a fast-growing service based business, who has managed teams of people, managed (and grown) existing sales, experience with policies and procedures while also opening additional locations/sites. That could be for other healthcare professional businesses, a chain of coffee shops, a national franchise, restaurants, gym, or any other type of service-based business.

If you' ve previously worked in a service-based business - and you were responsible for opening a new site or office, as well as maintaining the existing site - and you had the responsibility of recruiting the team and developing/implementing the processes, and you have a proven track record of success in your role, we'd love to hear from you.

We are a purpose-driven organization that operates from the core values of accountability, altruism, empathy, and leadership, and we've built a team of hard-working and committed individuals who are TRULY passionate about making a difference through their work. While most healthcare organizations are cold, corporate, and driven solely by the numbers (rather than what's actually right for the patient/client), we've built a reputation on doing the right thing for people, getting undeniable results, and providing an unforgettable experience for our clients along the way. For this reason, we are looking for a proven leader who wants to do so much more than just punch the time clock. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about our mission to change lives and redefine the current landscape of physical therapy, not just locally, but globally, while promoting a lifestyle of health, wellness, positivity, and impact.

If you are fed up with the monotonous, soul-sucking, unfulfilling environment that is corporate management, or are currently in a role that's left you feeling "stuck" and like your true potential has been capped, and want to be a key player within an organization that is making a massive impact in the community and the lives of our clients, then we want to hear from you.

The right person will be inclined toward living an active, healthy, balanced lifestyle, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. They will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and regularly challenge themselves both personally and professionally. They will take pride in being the "go-to" person for day to day operations, while supporting the CEO with growth decisions and coaching the team to help them reach their goals.
*Specifically, you will be responsible for: *
* Recruiting, leading, and developing the team and our culture

* Sorting out the processes, systems, policies, and procedures to make the practice more efficient and profitable as it scales

* Ensure 25% profitability is maintained as we grow (you will need to have a great grasp on the numbers)

* Make Roscoe Physiotherapy the No.1 choice of employer for the best Physical Therapists wanting to work in a private practice

* Building a 5 star recruitment process and culture that finds and retains the best staff

* Building and retaining a 5 star customer service reputation for Roscoe PT that drives customers to us and makes them want to come back

* Oversee the Day to Day operations of Roscoe Physiotherapy including:

* Working with Marketing to ensure our leads pipeline is full

* Working with Sales to ensure perspective leads turn into paying clients

* Working with Finance to ensure that all of our KPI's are being hit and profitability is maintained
* Working with Operations: Clinic Managers, Physical Therapists/Assistants as well as Front Desk staff
* Holding people accountable by creating and/or modifying and adjusting scorecards frequently for these positions based on the evolution and needs of the business
* Reporting to the CEO regarding the operations, success, shortcomings, challenges, and resolutions in all departments of the organization

*Skills required: *
* Proven experience of leading, coaching, and developing a team in a customer focused service-based business
* Proven ability to recruit, develop, and grow both a team and business
* Understanding of important numbers, KPIs, and metrics
* Effective problem solving and decision making skills
* Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
* Able to effectively prioritize and delegate
* Critical and strategic thinking ability and does not need to be micromanaged

This is a fabulous opportunity for anyone who considers themselves a great manager and is wanting to make a change to work for a successful local businessman with a lofty vision to change the way healthcare is provided and build one of the most successful, privately owned physical therapy practices in both Hermitage and the country.
If you're looking for a place to call "home" that you can see yourself working for the next 5- 10+ years, and want to be part of a company that is growing quickly, that will present you with opportunities to learn, to grow as a person and manager, as well as travel for professional growth opportunities (2-3 leadership meetings are often held in sunny Orlando, Florida or other parts of the country), then this is perfect for you.
Apply by sending your resume along with a ONE PAGE cover letter clearly detailing your previous OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT experience explaining why you think you would be suitable for this role.
