Job Description:
A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization and clinical
care network has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare
Patient Coordinator 1 in Miami. Individual must be able to fulfill
the following responsibilities: Coordinate patients appointments
with multiple domains Obtain and verify necessary demographic and
insurance information Maintain effective interpersonal skills
dealing with others, including patients, families, employees, and
medical staff Required Skills: High School Diploma or GED
Experience with handling high call volumes and/or high
patient/customer volumes Working knowledge of Microsoft office
Knowledge of scheduling systems (i.e. Net Access, Centricity,
Pathways Healthcare scheduling, Aria, Soarian, Millennium, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent interpersonal
and customer service skills
