What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and mentoring nursing staff
- Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Greeting new residents and addressing resident concerns
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless care
- Maintaining compliance with educational and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to quality care
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
