Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead and optimize recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize recruiting tools and processes, including the ATS
Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and programs
Manage a Recruiting Operations Associate and collaborate on employer branding efforts

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
Proven experience managing recruiting tools and vendor relationships
Experience in headcount planning and aligning recruiting needs with business goals
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring recruiting initiatives
Ability to travel occasionally as needed
