Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Project and Program
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee special projects as directed by the COO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans
and maintain communication with stakeholders
Prepare reports and provide regular updates on project progress to
leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, change
management, business administration, or a related field; PMP
certification preferred
A systems-based mindset with a commitment to systemic
interventions
Alignment with organizational and movement values
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in building productive working relationships
