Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager
responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and customer
onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner between clients and the company during
the onboarding process
Create and manage project plans, status reports, and risk logs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
of implementation tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of SaaS-focused project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in the healthcare, benefits, or technology sectors
preferred
Significant project management experience on complex projects
lasting 2+ months
Working understanding of healthcare systems and member
engagement
