Job Description:
A company is looking for a SaaS Operations Manager responsible
for managing cloud-based infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of SaaS applications, including
deployment, performance monitoring, and incident resolution
Evaluate and implement new software products and tools for the
Cloud environment
Manage ITIL framework practices and liaise with vendors regarding
issues and enhancements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a SaaS Operations Manager with a focus on
enterprise software services
Proven expertise in cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS,
Azure, Google Cloud)
8+ years of experience in leading IT teams, with 5+ years in a
management role
Experience in developing tooling for monitoring, backups, and
disaster recovery
Professional certifications in cloud technologies/platforms are
highly desirable
