Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Quality ManagerOne of our leading clients is searching for an EHS Manager in Rock Island, Illinois! The EHS Manager will be responsible for leading all safety and health, compliance, and security strategy for the large food manufacturing plant. The qualified candidate is responsible for implements all programs that identify the EHS risks.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of entire manufacturing facility.Responsible for planning long-term initiatives to ensure attainment of plant goals, including growth and profitability.Ensure customer requirements are met, including quality.Oversee plant safety and ensure adherence to company safety protocol.Determine strategies for hitting expected targets in Quality, Delivery, P&L and Talent Development.Plan and oversee Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.Manage and develop direct reports for long term employee growthRequirements/Skills:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience at the Plant Manager level with proven successKPI DrivenP&L Management requiredUnion experience is preferredFormal Lean experience (Kaizen, Six Sigma)UI843832
