Health Information Management Systems Analyst

Job Description:

A healthcare organization is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Keep the Health Link platform up to date with accurate patient information
Merge patient charts to maintain the integrity of the medical record
Analyze and fix patient overlays or fraud cases for patient safety

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in healthcare related field or two years of relevant experience
Two or more years of relevant experience or lead level/trainer experience
Epic Certification or acquired within six months of hire
Preferred certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CPHIMS, CAHIMS
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
