Position Summary: The Sr. IT Product Manager will be responsible
for bridging the gap between business strategy and technical
solutions, serving as the liaison by translating business needs
into technical strategy and solutions. This is a unique and highly
collaborative role where you will lead and define the technical
strategy, vision, and solutions of our product while working
closely with executive leadership and business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the product subject matter expert by translating business
needs into technical solutions.
In partnership with IT, contributes to product technical strategy,
vision, and solutions in the context of broader organizational
strategies and goals.
Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with
executive leadership to shape the product strategy and translate
business / technical needs.
Work closely with Project Delivery team to ensure all requirements,
testing plans, and project plans are in place
Ensures technical analysis of product or software meets functional
and business requirements
Present and align on roadmap with senior leadership team.
Ensure Change Management plans are in place to support any changes
in technology.
Define, track, and communicate relevant business KPIs for the
product to measure business performance and contribution to company
goals and strategy.
Ensure test plans are developed and executed in partnership with IT
Leadership
Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product
strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
Stay up to date on the latest best practices, strategies,
technologies, and industry changes relevant to your product
domain.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education,
training, and experience.
7+ years of technical product management or program management
experience.
Proven ability to understand and execute requirements coming from
multiple heads / business functions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven
experience translating business needs into complex technical
solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information
in a condensed manner to executive leadership.
Experience with product lifecycle management
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention
from one task to another to meet the demands of different
stakeholders without dropping the ball.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented
environment and have a roll up your sleeves and today not tomorrow
mentality.
Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend
information presented and respond thoughtfully.
Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how
minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to
completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for
communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that
is both articulate and professional.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate
arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex
problems, and engage in reflection.
Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person,
phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or
customers needs at the forefront of every interaction.
Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and
manage ones own emotions as well as others, and foster positive
working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing
business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for ones
own actions, performance, and decisions.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without
sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Experience in Agile and Scrum development environments
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Previous CRM experience
Functional business background (Marketing, Finance, Operations,
IT)
Prior Software Development experience is a plus

Normal Office Environment
Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
