Job Description:

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Manager- Replenishment implementation Project for a 7-month contract position with a client located in Hudson, OH. This role pays $60-70/hour W2 depending on experience. Local candidates preferred but can be remote for the right candidate.

Project Description:
Client has 2 major project initiaves they need help with. They will be hiring one Sr PM to help with each project.

Replenishment Implementation Project:
Client's primary tool for forecasting and fulfilling basic replenishment of stores is over ten years old, utilizes poor forecasting logic, and runs on an out of support browser which could be disabled at any time. Separately, fashion allocations are using a system developed for JOANN which does not fit all team's needs and limits the ability to forecast outbound replenishment. Lastly, promotions are currently manually entered into three systems, requiring redundant labor while preventing JOANN from having one source of promotions truth leading to poor sales/inventory forecasting. The goal of this project is to solve these varied problems by implementing state-of-the art tools and enhancements from Impact Analytics which are interconnected and utilize AI and cloud computing to enable previously unseen levels of process and inventory efficiency.

Worforce Mangement (WFM) Implementation Project:
Work with implementation partner to implement new workforce management tool (Reflexis / Zebra) that can control the dynamics of shifts with many employees and dynamic schedules and ensure the level of service, making sure we have the right person, doing the task in the right place and at the right time, through the management of absences, breaks, vacations, leave and especially ensuring compliance with labor legislation. - - -A new tool that can deliver the highest ROI within the solutions for Human Capital, because of the possible gains in management time, turnover, absenteeism, present, and overtime. - -A WFM tool is designed to simplify work, enhance frontline communication and empower productivity for our multi-site business. - -Simplified processes, an intuitive mobile-first interface and built-in intelligence gives the SSC, field leadership and associates the tools needed to deliver a superior customer experience.

Will also help with the Transportation Management System application. - Work with implementation partner for business process reengineering of current TMS software. -

Requirements:

• 
  
• Senior PM to own, drive and lead projects to successful completions
  
• MS Project Planning, dependencies, and task management (daily)
  
• RAID (daily) and Project Change Control
  
• Financials: budget, forecast, invoicing, timesheets, etc.
  
• Executive Status
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Vendor management (status, dependencies, key milestones, key deliverables, contract / SOW)
  
• Candidate must have strong application implementation project management experience, especially in Change Mgmt., Scope Mgmt., Vendor Mgmt., work breakdown structures and task planning.
  
• This includes daily RAID management, executive status, change request management, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management including reviewing invoices.
  
• Preference for a candidate with any of the following: managing enterprise application implementations, supply chain implementations, working with distribution centers, labor management implemenations, logistics experience.
  
• The PM will be taking direction from our internal IT Program Manager.
  
• Work with implementation partner to implement replacement of current Replenishment and Allocation systems.
