Job Description Sheer Enterprises is a Certified Building
Contractor (CBC1257467) specializing in Facilities Maintenance,
Remodels, and Roll-outs specifically within the restaurant and
retail industry. Our work is conducted using our own In-House
Crews. We have multiple offices throughout the U.S. strategically
located to better serve the majority of the nation. West Palm
Beach, FL --- Brick, NJ --- Garland, TX --- Akron, OH --- Wichita,
KS Over the past 30 years, Sheer has evolved our abilities to
support the needs of our customers. We are projected to grow 50%
this year and we intend on opening other offices as needed to
provide the most exceptional service and coverage. We are
consistently involved with nationwide roll-out initiatives and
remodels, and continue to develop and grow our nationwide coverage.

strategically according to customer needs. We are excited to
announce that we are hiring for a seasoned Account Manager In our:
Akron, OH Location This candidate should have knowledge of: fast
paced account management Be experienced in: Facil-IT or similar
software Job overview: The Account Manager is responsible for
managing all WOs for Clients assigned to them. This includes
monitoring and managing the health of the work orders and the
relationship with the client. Handle all communication with client
representatives including pricing, contracts, scopes, and problem
solving. This is a very fast paced and detail-oriented position.
Requires great customer service and communication skills. Knowledge
of general trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is
a must. Directly Report To: Vice President Job Responsibilities --
Responsible for meeting timelines and KPI---s of their account(s)
and team(s). -- Consistent review and knowledge of all open work
order. -- Assign tasks to team members and drive tickets to
completion. Ensure tasks are completed within given timeframes. --
Determine it tickets are better aligned with Service or Project
departments -- Create tickets, properly align priority codes,
division responsibilities, category and trades prior to assign to
team members based on most successful path to completion based on
customer---s expectations -- Confirm accurate notes and ETA
schedules are being placed into client portals on a daily basis and
prior to invoicing. -- Review all bids from Estimating department
and upload and/or submit into client portals or send back to
estimating with notes added into the ticket regarding needed
changes. -- Call in uplifts and change orders. -- Client
communication on a daily and weekly basis. Sending reports and
updates regularly. -- Communicate any issues or failed timelines
with the client. -- Ownership and management of any and all
escalated tickets from teams. -- Responsible for aging work orders.
Driving them to the finish line. -- Responsible for profit margins
on all work orders. Ensuring the company---s gross margins are
being consistently met. -- Responsible for hiring new team members
and training them according to Sheer Guidelines. -- Responsible for
disciplinary actions of their direct reports. This includes
verbal/written counseling and/or terminations. -- Responsible for
training, coaching and annual reviews of all team members. --
Responsible for the schedule and time off requests from each team
member. -- Creation and distribution of daily EOD report. -- Any
additional tasks set by the Vice President Required Meetings:
Weekly WO Review Monthly Account Review and Financial Meeting
Organization Meetings Specific Client Requested Meetings Reporting
Required Weekly Aging Report with Action Plans Weekly Customer
Update Reports Candidate Qualifications: 5 years minimum of service
dispatching experience with direct customer engagement 4 year
college degree is preferred Prior working knowledge of Service
Channel, OfficeTrax, Corrigo and other customer portal system is
required Knowledge and exposure to retail and restaurant
construction is highly desirable. Must be legally able to work in
US without sponsorship required at time of hire Excellent technical
skills, including using computers, the internet and file sharing
required. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Strong personal management skills, dedication and organization
