Full Time 40 Hours per Week Monday - Friday Variable Day Shift
Provides general administrative secretarial support to departmental
leadership, as well as other department personnel.
1.Communicates effectively via personal contact, phone, email and
in writing with the following, including but not limited to,
department team members, department leadership, hospital staff,
community professionals, vendors and consultants.
2.Coordinates and schedules appointments on behalf of the

4.Answers and routes incoming telephone calls to appropriate team
5.Coordinates processes and procedures to ensure efficient
operation of the department.
6.Efficiently and accurately uses computer for generation of
reports, letters, forms and other communications or documents.
7.Responsible for copying and faxing documents to designated

Education and Experience
1.Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3.Years of relevant experience: Minimum three (3) years of
administrative assistant/secretarial experience is required.
