The ISG Senior Manager leads and delivers client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative solutions for clients, helping them restructure operating models and implement cost takeout programs to improve financial performance. This role will be working a sporadic and fluctuating work schedule.

Education:
- Bachelor s degree, required; degree with a focus in Management, Business Economics or Finance, preferred
- MBA, preferred

Experience:
- Ten (10) or more years of operation and/or management consulting experience, required
- Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes, required
- Procure to pay operation, process, policy and procedure design and transition or cost optimization engagements experience, preferred
- Consulting or advisory services experience preferred

Software:
- Strongly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills, required
- Advanced Visio, required
- Familiarity with analytic and BI tools, such as Tableau and QlikView, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent leadership skills, with the capability to lead project teams with multiple direct reports
- Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%)
