Job Description:
Position Overview: Field Service Engineers will be responsible
for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the
customer's equipment as well as participate in working on small
engineering projects of various degrees. Primary Duties: Basic
troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated
equipment. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field
modifications. Keeping up to date on administrative
responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs &
internal service records in a timely manner. Maintaining daily
communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper
follow-up. Identifying and participating in sales opportunities
such as new contracts, contract renewals, & system sales. Emergency
call out service on a rotating schedule. Qualifications : 2 years
of management experience . 5 years of field service experience.
Aptitude in troubleshooting/configuring PLC hardware (Allen
Bradley, Siemens S7, Micrologix, Compact logix, Point IO and GE)
both digital & analog IO. PLC software experience with Allen
Bradely RSLOGIX 5000, Siemens TIA portal. Aptitude in
troubleshooting/configuring drives (Siemens, ABB, and Allen
