RESPONSIBILITIES General description of main/primary duties and
responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of
control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and
necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the
following and other duties as assigned. Under general supervision,
this position will: Have responsibility for onsite administration
of water truck drivers and coordinate logistics efforts for the
location. Coach drivers on onsite specific Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), processes and monitor adherence. Interact with
Field Supervisors and Well Site consultants to determine current
and upcoming needs to ensure project objectives are met. Perform
frequent checks at the water treatment, blending and disposal
facilities to obtain visibility on traffic flow, water quality or
any other operational concerns. Provide real-time information back
to Water Dispatch in order to ensure safety and efficiency. Attend
all recent well turn in lines to monitor congestion due to high
truck traffic and advise the Control Room and Water Dispatch team
accordingly for any incremental increase or reduction of trucks.
Complete route reviews for projects located at remote locations and
respond to other inquiries related to route selection assessments
or timing estimates. Provide thorough summary reports of all
findings and any associated recommendations to management team.
Provide field updates to the Control Room and Water Dispatch team
throughout the day to ensure proper planning and to allow for
real-time logistical changes. Visit active job sites where trucking
services are being provided in support of Construction, Drilling,
Completions, Production and Midstream Operations. Provide hauling
updates and feedback to management and Control Room and Water
Dispatch team. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required) High
School Diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of Water
Hauling experience. CORE COMPETENCIES List and describe the
required factors (i.e. knowledge, skills, abilities, software
programs, equipment, competencies), that are needed for this role.
Indicate the level of proficiency/expertise for each when possible.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in
Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups. Demonstrated
understanding of heavy-duty trucks equipped with vacuum pumps.
Working knowledge of piping and tank design, associated valves,
pressure ratings and fittings. Good knowledge of routing software
to enable reading and establishing truck routes. Able to work
independently with some guidance and exercise good judgment when
completing tasks. Able to assess situations to determine the
importance, urgency and risks. Good time management and
organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and
effectively multi-task on a daily basis. Able to understand and
exhibit ethical behavior and business practices. Ensure own
behavior and the behavior of others are consistent with these
standards and align with the values of the Company. Establish
positive working relationships, work cooperatively and effectively
with others to resolve problems and achieve organizational goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Set priorities,
develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track

Ability to safely operate vehicles, equipment, and tools. Able to
recognize and apply safety processes and procedures. Possess valid
driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) that meet Company’s
Insurance qualifications to operate Company vehicle. SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES Functions as an individual contributor with no
supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment

Travel section. Field Related: This position may be subject to:
Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a
computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. Extreme
Cold and Heat: temperatures typically below 32o F or above 100o F
for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to
the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow,
and humidity. Noise: there is sufficient noise to cause the worker
to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. Vibration:
exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
Hazards: includes a variety of physical conditions, such as
proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical
current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to
chemicals, combustibles, explosives, etc. HOURS / SHIFTS
Alternative shift schedule: 7 days on/7 days off, rotating AM shift
to PM shift every two weeks. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequently required
to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Minimally lift,
push, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds. Frequent amount of
traversing through challenging terrain to perform work, evaluate
sites and conditions, inspect equipment/assets, etc. TRAVEL
Approximate amount of time: Minimal (under 25%); Regularly (25% -
75%); Frequent (more than 75%). Frequent travel may be required to
other locations. Frequent travel to Company’s field operations
and/or offices. Approximately 95% of time in field. The above
