Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards. Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues. Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about additional repair needs and provide time estimates. Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Collaborate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components. Document all repairs and services performed. Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and training programs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and local safety regulations. Operate all tools and equipment responsibly, reporting safety concerns promptly. Qualifications Ford certification preferred (but not required). Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician. High school diploma or equivalent. Team-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and professional demeanor. Must own a personal set of tools. Why Shults Ford?
