Project Manager – Precast Engineering (Transportation Group)
Location: Hybrid | Multiple Office Locations Salary Range: $95,000
– $130,000 (based on experience and qualifications) A dynamic and
technically experienced Precast Engineering Project Manager is
sought to join a growing Transportation Group. This role is ideal
for a highly skilled engineer ready to lead projects from concept
through completion, with a strong focus on technical excellence,
client satisfaction, and quality assurance. You'll guide
multidisciplinary teams, oversee design integrity, and ensure all
project phases are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance

Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of precast transportation
projects, including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and client
communications. Lead and mentor project teams of engineers,
drafters, and support staff. Oversee QA/QC on all project
deliverables, ensuring compliance with ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and
IBC codes. Direct the preparation of construction bid packages and
ensure coordination with regulatory agencies. Perform technical
reviews, resolve design challenges, and ensure deliverables meet
quality standards. Foster a team culture focused on excellence,
innovation, and client satisfaction. Support business development
activities and contribute to proposal writing and project scoping.
Qualifications: Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S.
preferred). Experience: 8–15 years of experience in precast
engineering, including transportation projects; prior project
management experience preferred. Licensure: Professional
Engineering (PE) license required. Technical Proficiency: Deep
understanding of AutoCAD and RISA 3D. Code Knowledge: Strong
familiarity with ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and IBC. Professional
Competencies: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and uphold high
performance standards. Proven critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities. Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple
priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to
continuous improvement. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,
