Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within an
elementary school setting in Newark, OH. The role involves managing
an elementary caseload that is split between two school buildings.
This is a contract position with a defined work period from August
10 through May 28. Responsibilities include: - Providing speech and
language therapy services to elementary-aged students. -
Collaborating with educators and staff to support student
communication needs. - Conducting assessments, developing
individualized treatment plans, and documenting student progress. -
Managing caseload effectively across two different school
locations. Qualifications desired: - Valid Speech-Language
Pathologist certification specific to schools. - Credentials such
as SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or SLP-CFY
(Clinical Fellowship Year) are preferred. - Experience working
within school environments is highly valued. - Strong communication
and organizational skills to balance duties across two buildings.
