Job Description Job Description Speech Language Pathologist – Kindergarten - 8th Grade Location: Imperial, PA On-Site Grade Level: Kindergarten - 8th Grade Start Date: Full-Time FMLA Coverage Part 1 ASAP - February 13th / Part 2 February 17th - March 27th Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking an SLP for an FMLA leave in a collaborative, student-focused district in Imperial, PA. What You’ll Do: Provide therapy and intervention services to students Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Caseload Details: Part 1: Caseload of approximately 63 students Low frequency of service delivery Range of disabilities and needs Some AAC, but not a major portion of the caseload Part 2: At a different elementary school in the district Significant AAC need, supporting students with life skills goals Many students have low-incidence disabilities necessitating more intensive services Caseload approximately 50 students Qualifications PA Ed SPecialist Certificate PA SLP License Why Join AnthroMed Education?
