internal support Job Description Our client is seeking a Customer
Service Representative to support daily operations at their
Painesville, OH location. This role is a key point of contact for
customers and business partners, handling inbound calls, emails,
and order-related requests while ensuring a high level of service
and follow-through. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from
customers and vendors, routing inquiries to the appropriate team
members as needed Monitor shared email inboxes for customer
inquiries, web orders, and potential leads Learn and apply
knowledge of products and services to best support customer needs
Assist customers with order tracking, general inquiries, and
follow-up communication Complete administrative tasks such as basic
filing and data entry and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent
required Prior customer service experience preferred Strong phone
presence and written communication skills, strong attention to
detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks experience preferred
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening Benefits and Perks
