Job Description Job Description JobID: 52811 Outbound Call Center Representative Pay $16/hour Location 100% Remote Summary Prestige Staffing is seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join a dynamic team working on health insurance community events. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, enjoy outbound calling, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a contract role lasting for at least 6 months, offering a great opportunity for growth within a thriving start-up environment. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center setting Comfortable making outbound calls to members Reliable high-speed internet connection Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check Healthcare terminology knowledge is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial but not required Responsibilities Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone or written communication within established timeframes Assist members with scheduling and coordinating community outreach events Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the computer system Coordinate member transportation when necessary Maintain professional and courteous communication with all stakeholders zr-rep LI-JB1
