Lucius Fence & Decking is looking for motivated Fence Installers to join our growing crew! We’ve been putting up top-quality fences for over 35 years—and we know it takes great people to do great work. Why You’ll Love Working Here Starting pay: $18/hr (more with verifiable experience!) Paid holidays Clothing allowance After 1 year of employment: Paid Time Off (PTO) Insurance benefits offered: Health, Dental, Vision, Indemnity 401K What You’ll Be Doing Installing all kinds of fences: wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and netting Setting posts, pouring concrete, and making sure everything is straight and level Measuring and laying out fence lines like a pro Using hand tools, power tools, and post-driving equipment safely Hauling materials and tools to job sites Working outdoors (warm or cold!) Keeping the job site clean and organized Communicating clearly with teammates and supervisors What We’re Looking For Fencing or construction experience preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person!
