As a Project Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, urban construction environment. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site. Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship. Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Manage subcontractors and vendors, monitoring their performance in accordance with contractual agreements. Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including updates and progress reports. Address any on-site emergencies or unforeseen challenges swiftly and effectively. Ensure that all job site operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner. Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques. Fluent knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficient in construction management software. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred. OSHA Safety Training certification.
