Job Description:

from schools and hospitals to business campuses. As a General
Utility Worker, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the
functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our facilities. This
position demands a dedicated individual who can perform various
tasks, often working directly under facility managers to ensure
that every physical aspect of our premises meets Aramark's high
standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facilities
by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing
surfaces. Assist in minor repair works including, but not limited
to, changing light bulbs and fixing simple plumbing issues. Ensure
that all equipment is in good working order and report any
malfunctions to the facility supervisor. Support in setting up and
taking down events or meetings by arranging furniture and setting
up necessary equipment. Adhere to all company guidelines regarding
environment, health, and safety standards in completing tasks.
Handle waste disposal systems including segregating waste as per
the recycling protocols. Carry out inventory checks and report low
stock supplies to the management. Work collaboratively with other
staff to ensure that facilities meet Aramark’s standards of
cleanliness and operational excellence. Basic understanding of
repair techniques and equipment maintenance. Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform physical tasks
and handle heavy lifting. Capability to work independently and as
part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in Health and Safety is a plus. Any technical
certifications related to maintenance and repair work will be
beneficial.
