Job Description Job Description Express Employment Professionals is hiring Property Maintenance Technicians on behalf of multiple clients. Work Locations: Pitcairn, Whitehall, Hazelwood, Duquesne, Greentree, Oakland, Castle Shannon, Shadyside Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour (Based on Experience) We are actively hiring for multiple Property Maintenance positions supporting a variety of properties, including hotels and residential housing. Job Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties Complete painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work Troubleshoot and repair minor issues in units and common areas Repair walls, doors, fixtures, and other building components Perform cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders Travel to different property locations as needed Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently Qualifications: Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work Strong general maintenance skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to travel between properties Must have a valid driver’s license Must have reliable transportation Why work with Express?
